Interested? Here’s what we need: The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in the support of streamlining business processes. Apply technical skills, development skills, and business management skills while delivering innovative business solutions. Create data warehouses, develop critical reports, and automate manual processes to improve productivity and reduce cost. Collaborate with other IT members and department members including Finance/Accounting, Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, Inventory Planning, Order fulfillment, and Distribution/Logistics. •Develop data warehouse in support of end-user reporting and streamlining business process
•Provide basic ETL functions
•Building, updating, and maintaining support of various business systems
•Support users in effectively using ERP system (Pointman 9.0)
•Create and maintain reports, data extracts, and data structures
•Collaborate with other IT members and functional departments to understand business requirements
•Working understanding of VB (.net) object-oriented programming is preferred
•Highly organized, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.

•Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and/or 4 plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access; with detailed knowledge of the creation of queries, forms, reports, and programming functionality with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point).
•Strong understanding of relational database (dB) structure and function. Specifically Oracle and SQL Server.
•Knowledge of SQL PL/SQL queries structure. Must have the ability to read, write and interpret SQL statements, to include standard SELECT, Stored Procedure statements, and VIEW statements.
