Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ugly sticker residue & my child sticks to seat! Why do companies insist on putting on stickers that cannot be removed? I don't wnat to look at a giant Bright Starts sticker every day and my child wants to pick at it. I tried to remove it and it made a huge mess! Nothing worked, the glue is too sticky. I tried nail polish remover and Goo B Gone. Now my child sticks to the glue reside and the chair is distgusting looking because his clothing leaves coloured stains in the glue. It is useless to me. I had to go out and purchase a different one. I chose a different company as they didn't put their stickers all over it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Instruction make no sense... there are 2 holes on the back of the seat side by side and then 2 across from each other, yet there are only 2 straps..the 2 holes across from each other I get-one strap goes through them and then under the chair. but what about the 2 holes on the back of the chair??? any help?????

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Came looking for help... I just bought this at target (and now I'm upset because at target it was $15.... Other people seem to have found it for $11! But either way. I've been trying forever to figure straps out. Even my husband who figure everything out can't. Instructions are absolutely usless. I tried researching everywhere on web for help setting up. I've been looking for a YouTube video of how to set up. No luck. Wish I could figure it out. Whoever complained about it taking an hour.... That seems like a fast amount of time compared to how long I've spent trying to figure this out!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disapointed I wanted to like these, I really did. They looked so cute at Target. I bought two pink ones for my twin girls. The straps are absurdly hard to thread through the bottoms. What should have taken me 10 minutes to assemble, took more like an hour. And since I have twins I had to do it twice! To make matters worse, once I finally got them installed, the labeling wont come cleanly off, so now they look terrible! The picture in the instruction manual for step 2 is also wrong.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rename "My Little Waste of $" DO NOT BUY. What a waste of time, energy, and money. The instructions are not helpful and the straps are physically difficult to assemble to the buckle...and why make the consumer complete this step any way? The straps that connect the booster seat to the back of the chair will not securely tighten down. I believe the chair straps are missing the little plastic rectangular loop that is found on the lap belt that serves to adjust the length of the strap. I stumbled upon these other terrible reviews while trying to figure out how to contact customer service. I would have never thought I needed to research booster seats before buying one but lesson learned. I never leave reviews but will be doubling down and leaving a poor review on Target's site too since I purchased it there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible instructions The straps make no sense and instructions are inadequate. This is not worth the $11.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from bad instructions I wish I had read the reviews before I went out and purchased this. I like the seat but can't figure out how the straps go in. So the chair is no good to me as it would be unsafe to put a child in it without proper chair straps.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from sucks!!! do not buy I bought this booster seat over a month ago, and have not been able to use it since the straps do not fasten tight enough, it only come with one adult seat strap.... it is NOT safe at all.
