    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk We bought this for our 1 year old for his birthday and all the kids loved it! The only drawback initially was how loud it was when it was running. Within a month of purchase, the ball shooter stopped working, and just made a very annoyingly loud clicking noise. My husband took it apart trying to fix it, and could not. Now it's garbage. What a waste of $40. I would not recommend this item if you hope your child will have it for longer than a few weeks.

My 13 month old received this toy for Christmas, and the motor did not work at all...I contacted Customer Service, and they quickly sent me a new one (not a bad review on the service I received there...very prompt service). We played with the new toy for one week, and the motor is out again! I am so disappointed in the quality of this product. Your company should really reevaluate the components of this toy, or take it off the market entirely.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from So much fun! My 14 month old loves this! Simple to put together. Keeps my son entertained for longer than 5 minutes (which rarely happens). He loves pushing the oranges button and watching the balls swirl around in the pool until they pop out of the top. My only complaint is the spiral slide/blue tube come disconnected pretty easily. My son is a little rough, but I am constantly re-attaching the blue tube and red slide to the base of the toy.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from broken I bought this for my 1yr old for christmas and opened it tonight to discover that the spin and ball popper parts do not work.when the music is playing it cuts out after 10 seconds and will not work again.i put new batteries in and everything.im really upset as this was one of my sons christmas presents and now im hoping the store will exchange it for something else...really disappointed in this product....truly deserves 0 stars.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible toy I bought this toy 4 days ago and on day 3 the spinner stopped working and my 1 year old daughter was so disappointed as she absolutely adored this toy! Daddy took it apart to find out that the band used to help the spinner rotate had snapped and am unable to find replacement parts and we live too far from where it was purchased to simply return it! I feel we wasted $50 on something that lasted a few days :(

As soon as she got her hands on it, she kept pulling the purple plastic part off to chew on. In doing this, she scraped most of the sticker off with her teeth. Now just today, we went to turn it on and it is completely dead. Replaced the batteries. Still dead. Thankfully it was a toy she never really liked much anyway.

My son got this as a first birthday gift from my mom, but we didn't open it for a few months so he wouldn't be overwhelmed with too many toys. It didn't take long (2 weeks?) for the motor to die off. I thought it just kept getting stuck. My son gets really frustrated and we are always trying to fix it. Very unhappy with this toy. Too bad, because if it worked it would be great!

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Motor Stinks! We bought the FIRST spin slide ball popper 6 mos ago. My now 11 year old had an older version or something similar and LOVED it. Same thing here my then 8 month old enjoyed it so much and entertained him so well that we played with it for an hour at a time. That is until the motor began to start dragging and the suction that takes balls in slowed to a miniscule amount. We use rechargeable batteries so we put in new ones with no help and even tried new Duracell ones. After a week of the crying we decided to go buy another Spin Slide Ball Popper this time with 2 sets of extra balls realizing how easily they get lost. Approx another 2 months went by w normal wear n tear and the motor did THE EXACT SAME THING! We are very upset because if it worked properly as when it was 1st opened it'd be a HIT!! Now, the 1st ones in the trash and the 2nd sits up high where baby cannot see. I went above and beyond to make this thing work w no relief!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very entertaining I have 2.5 year old triplets and a 5 year old. One of my triplets is special needs. All four of my children love this toy. It was very easy to put together. The balls really pop up through the tube. It keeps everyone entertained for a long time. It has come in handy with helping my special needs child sit up and play. Would definitely recommend!

He had fun playing with it until he got his fingers caught in the area where the balls pop out of because the balls got jammed. When he tried to pull a ball out, he got is fingers caught and started to cry. When I got his fingers out, they were cut and scrapped. I threw the toy away.

Also not crazy about it taking 4 C batteries... we never have those and they are crazy expensive! Cute toy, but I'd buy something different next time.

Well he does like it but the balls get stuck and the turn table stops spinning after every ball. You have to keep spinning the table for it to pop the balls up. Such a waste of money.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Spinning Magic The spin and slidr ball popper give my baby Ava hours of fun play time. I have a fee things to say. 1. She loves the music and the spining part more than anything else. She probably will br as happy with it without the slides and the balls popping. She puts anything in it and tunrs it on just to see it spin. 2. Will recommend some sucking devices underneath so that it can be put ontop of a play table or coffee table for baby to play with. Currently it sits on the floor, she sits on it, picks it up and trhows it falling apart several times and also trhows about anything including food inside the tunnel where balls come out, then trying to stick her hands inside. If had the plastic sucking cups perhaps she could not move it and use it more safely. 3. The portruding lip on the tunnel bybthe slides makes balls get stuck constantly. See photo attach. Perhaps make it smaller or move the location. 4. Balls spin too much before going in the tunnel, nit sure if it supposed to happen. If not may be the gap for the balls tongo in should be a liitle closer.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from A fun toy, but... Our child was so excited when we she saw this toy. It was easy to unpack and assemble, so we had it up and going in no time. The ball popper is nice because it has some little tabs at the top to keep the balls from going all over the place. The pop out into the little catch tray and down the slide they go. She loved to put the balls and some of her other small toys onto the spinning pool and watch them spin, this was definitely her favorite feature. The little buttons with animal sounds was a great feature too. Although this product was a lot of fun initially, the spinning pool quite working within 24 hours of taking it out of the box. The pool continued to work intermittently over the next few days until it finally just quit working altogether. The other downside to this toy is that the motor is very loud. You can still hear the music when the spinning pool and ball popper are going, but you can barely hear the animal sounds at all. We found it difficult to even carry on a conversation with our child or each other while the motor was running. Despite the fun we had with this toy initially and some of the great features it has, the intermittent function and loud noise from the motor was pretty disappointing.
