    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Chair It's a nice looking chair and its bouncing function works fine. There is one design flaw--only 3 light bulbs work, unlike the picture shown here. Only one bulb at a time comes on for each function. I have seen some Youtube videos for older models of this automatic chair, and they do have multiple lights on at the same time, which looks way cooler. The advertised picture is misleading since the rest of the bulbs are dysfunctional in this model. Hence four stars.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS BOUNCER...NOT SO HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY! This is the best bouncer that I've ever had!!! The features are WODERFUL!!! My older nephew broke the plastic ends that attach the toy bar to the bouncer. I called the company's customer service...THEY DO NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS. I offered to buy the toy bar and they still said NO REPLACEMENT PARTS!! My niece loves this bouncer and it calms her right down when she's upset. I just wish I had the toy bar!!!!

But this for my niece's baby after a month that I see the baby find out the bouncer does not work so I change the batteries thinking maybe the batteries we're not new. I went to the store and bought brand new batteries and it still does not bounce . I felt like I gave my niece a terrible gift.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great bouncer I received this from the company but I would've easily bought this myself. My daughter loves this bouncer and it helps her calm down when she starts getting fussy - what more could you ask for? The music is even soothing.
