Q: My swing does not have sound and will not move.A: Confirm that all connections are assembled correctly. First check that the wire from the Left upright frame (part no. 6) is connected to the wire from the swing pivot/control module (part no. 8). Once those connections are properly in place, check to be sure that you have four (4)-D (1.5 V) size batteries installed.

Once you slide the Power Switch into the ON position; select your swing speed and then gently push the seat of the swing within 15 seconds to activate the motion. If the swing continues to not move, check to be sure that your electrical connectors are properly assembled with the Swing arm (part no. 9) and the Swing pivot/control module (part no. 8). Remove the Front and Rear pivot covers (part nos. 10 & 11) to expose the electrical connectors. Check the connections of the electrical connectors to be sure that they are firmly connected.
