Q: What is the maximum weight for the bassinet?
A: Once your child is able to push up on their hands and knees or weighs more than 15lbs, whichever comes first, discontinue use of the bassinet.

Q: What is the maximum weight for the Play yard?
A: Once your child is able to climb out of the Play yard or reaches a height of 35 inches or a weight of 30lbs, whichever comes first, discontinue use of the Playard.

Q: What is the maximum weight for the Changing Table?
A: The maximum weight for the changing table is 25lbs.

Q: Do you sell sheets for the Playard?
A: We do not sell sheets for the Play yard. Sheets can be purchased at any major retailer. Sheets must be specifically designed to fit the play yard mattress. Check the fit of your sheet on the mattress. It should fit snugly. If not, we recommend trying another brand of sheets with size W27” x L39”.

Q: How do I get the side rails to lock into place?
A: Lift the center of the Play yard to its highest point. Pull on each individual rail until you hear it click into place.

Q: Cannot fold play yard.
A: Remove both the support tubes and mattress and then fold play yard.

Q: Cannot fit all of the pieces back into the carrying bag.
A: Not all pieces fit in the carrying bag. Play yard, support tubes and the mattress are designed to fit in the travel bag.

Q: Changing table sags with baby on it.
A: Properly attach the clamps on the changing table to the side rails. Push the clamps onto the clamp guides on the left and right side rails until you hear a “click.”

Q: Bassinet sags in the middle with the baby on it.
A: Insert the support tubes into the fabric pockets on top of the bassinet and underneath the mattress.

Q: Wheels do not roll freely.
A: Lift the end of the play yard (opposite the wheels) higher to release brake and roll the unit.
