Q. Can I purchase replacement parts for my product?
A. Kids II does not sell individual replacement parts. If you are in need of assistance with your product during the manufacturer’s warranty period you may click here to contact us.

Q. Does Kids II offer a warranty on their products?
A. Kids II is committed to making innovative, high quality products for babies and children. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If any defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you.

This limited warranty applies to single family use only for the original purchaser/gift recipient (with gift receipt) of the product and does not apply to re-sold merchandise. It does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights are not affected. Should you have a question about a product, please contact our Consumer Services Department at 1-800-230-8190 or through the Kids II, Inc. Consumer Services form.

Q. How do I know if I have a product that is recalled?
A. If you would like to view a listing of recalled products, just click here. All of Kids II recalls are listed on the CPSC.gov site, but they are not all listed on the Kids II site.

A. All Kids II, Inc. products meet or exceed all U.S. and International Safety Guidelines and Regulations.

Q. What materials are used to make a specific product?

Q. Do Kids II products contain Latex?
A. Kids II now has some products (pacifiers) that do contain Latex.

Q. What type of liquid is used in your water filled teethers?
A. The water filled teethers are filled with distilled water. The teethers are non-toxic and have passed all U.S. and International safety guidelines.

Q. Where can I locate the instruction manual for my product?
A. You may locate an instructional manual by clicking here to visit our products page. Enter the model number or name of your product into the search form in the top right hand corner of each page. Click on the link for your product from the search results and look to the bottom right of the page for Product Instructions.

Q. Where can I buy Kids II products outside of the United States?

Q. What is WEEE Compliance?
A. Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment is a Directive of the European Union which aims to minimize environmental issues from discarded electronic components. Kids II is registered in the EU and is in full compliance with the directive.

Q. What is RoHS Compliance?
A. Restriction of Hazardous Substances is a Directive of the European Union which severely restricts the amount of Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Chrome 6 and Halogenated Fire Retardants in Electrical Products. EU has further clarified the applicability of this directive to products that require electric current to fulfill its basic(primary) function. Kids II is fully compliant with this directive on our products that require electricity to perform its primary function.

A. Kids II was founded in 1969 and has been privately held since then.
