Q. How do I shop at the online store?
A. Shopping for Kids II products has never been easier – or more convenient! Just visit the online store home page. You can choose the brands you'd like to browse, or search the site using a product model number or general description to locate a particular item. Each product is featured on a page within the online store. When you see an item you want to purchase, click "Add to Cart."

Q. How do I search for a product at the online store?
A. Throughout the online store you can use our helpful search form (top right of each page) to locate an item by keyword or model number. If you do not receive the results you expected from entering a product model number, try searching by a one-word description. Examples: "bouncer" or "play gym".

Q. How do I get to a product description based on my search results?
A. The search should locate all of the products in the online store that match the description you enter. If you do not see the results you desire, try another search or modify your search terms. When you locate the item you're interested in, click on the displayed results and your browser will take you to the page describing that product.

Q. How do I place an order online?
A. When your shopping cart is filled with all the items you want to purchase, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. From there, you will be guided through a five (5) step checkout process that is safe, secure, and easy! Because Kids II is committed to ensuring your security, Kids II does not store or save our Consumer's credit card information.

Q. Do I need to create an account to shop your online store?
A. No, kidsii.com does not require you to create an account to shop our online stores. Without an account, you can still obtain your latest order status.

Q. Can I email my order?
A. We're sorry. We cannot accept orders via email. Sending personal information, especially your credit card, through email is not safe or secure and should not be used. If you need to place an order and can't access the online store, please call the toll-free number: 1-866-203-3212 (or in Georgia, dial 678-597-1773). Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (excluding US public holidays).

A. In an effort to provide the best products possible, we periodically make product modifications. Actual products may not be identical to items pictured.

Q. Can I purchase all products carried by your company through the online store?
A. No, the kidsii.com and brightstarts.com online stores carry selected products. Certain products and patterns on our websites are exclusive to our retail partners, and can only be purchased through their stores and websites. Our main websites, kidsii.com and Brightstarts.com shows you the full line of products manufactured by Kids II for sale throughout the globe and provides comprehensive information and links to retail stores that carry these products.

Q. If a part is “Out Of Stock ”, when can I expect it to be back in stock?
A. Parts that are listed as ”Not Available” and "Out of Stock" may take up to eight weeks to be restocked.

Q. Is the package identified as coming from www.kidsii.com?
A. Our company name (Kids II) appears on our shipping boxes. Please keep this in mind when sending gifts.

Q. I'm unclear if you've received my online store order. Will you let me know if it's been received?
A. All online orders will receive an email confirmation containing your id and order summary. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Please do not call to check your order status until four hours after you have submitted your order. Our system needs time to process the information you send us, and our operators cannot access that information before the system is ready.

Q. What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?
A. Yes, we will be happy to accommodate a return as long as the purchase was made within the timeframe and requirements specified in our return policy.

A. Yes. Please note that we can only ship to addresses within the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not ship orders to US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. or Post Office (PO) boxes. We are proud, however, to ship to APO addresses.

A. No, we do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

Q. If something goes on sale that I just purchased, can I get a credit on the price difference?
A. No. Because Kids II is committed to ensuring your security, Kids II does not store or save our Consumer's credit card information and does not have the ability to credit a price difference from a sale. Your security is our priority!

Q. What are the parameters on any free shipping offers?
A. When available, Free Shipping offers are valid on orders shipped via standard ground shipping in the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States (not  available in Alaska or Hawaii).  Free shipping offer is also valid for standard USPS APO/AFO shipments. The indicated order amount threshold applies to merchandise only. Taxes, additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be equal to or more thanthe indicated amount to qualify. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. If you choose 3-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day, regular charges will apply.

Q. How do promotion codes work?
A. If your Promotional Code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. If your Promotional Code DOES NOT qualify you will see the message "YOU HAVE ENTERED AN INVALID COUPON CODE". Only one Promotional Code per order will be accepted. Offers related to merchandise are valid for in-stock merchandise at the Kids II online store. We cannot offer rainchecks for promotional offers. Your order must meet all of the requirements of the offer. If your offer has a minimum purchase requirement, shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.If the offer is for a free item based on the purchase of another item, the free item will be automatically added to your Shopping Cart after both the qualifying item is added to the Shopping Cart AND the applicable promotional code is entered. The quantity of this item may not be changed. Removal of the qualifying item from the Shopping Cart will result in the removal of the free item as well. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event that an unauthorized promotion code is used. Offer cannot be applied to orders already placed.

Q. When will my order ship?
A. Our goal is to process and ship your order on all available goods within one business day of receipt. For orders received on weekends and holidays your order will be processed within 24 hours the next business day. An email notification that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number will be sent to you shortly after your order has been processed.

Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. Shipments are made via commercial carrier. In most cases you can expect to receive your order within seven business days or less based upon the level of shipping service that you select.

Q. How much does it cost to ship my order?
A. Shipping and handling charges are based on the following factors:

    • The value of your order.
    • Size and destination of your order.
    • Handling charges for order processing.
    • Any zone surcharges that may be applied for either heavy or bulky items.
    • The level of service for your shipment that you choose, i.e., Ground, Second Day, and Next Day service.

Please note that items placed in your cart (before proceeding to checkout) display estimated shipping rates using standard ground transportation. Actual shipping costs will be calculated at the time a shipping destination is entered into your order and a shipping method is selected.

Q. Do you ship outside the United States?
A. We do not currently ship orders to all addresses. At this time we only ship orders within the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship orders to US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. or to Post Office (PO) boxes.

We are proud to accept orders shipping to our military APO/AFO addresses. The delivery time for APO/AFO shipments may vary.

Q. Can I ship to an address other than my own?
A. Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. Also, when you have created an account with kidsii.com and brightstarts.com, you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts.

Currently, we do not ship outside the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska. Also, we do not ship to Post Office (PO) boxes. We are proud, however, to ship to APO addresses.

Q. Does Kids II offer a warranty on their products?
A. Kids II is committed to making innovative, high quality products for babies and children. We warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of initial purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If any defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you.

This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and normal wear and tear.

A. Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment is a Directive of the European Union which aims to minimize environmental issues from discarded electronic components. Kids II is registered in the EU and is in full compliance with the directive.

Q. What is RoHS Compliance?
A. Restriction of Hazardous Substances is a Directive of the European Union which severely restricts the amount of Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Chrome 6 and Halogenated Fire Retardants in Electrical Products. EU has further clarified the applicability of this directive to products that require electric current to fulfill its basic(primary) function. Kids II is fully compliant with this directive on our products that require electricity to perform its primary function.
