The Kids II® Foundation Making a difference through the power of giving back
Kids II and its employees are focused on corporate responsibility and are committed to making a difference in the lives of children and their families. In 2006, the Kids II Foundation was established to make a positive impact in the communities in which Kids II employees work and live.
Through our partnerships with charitable organizations, volunteer efforts and donating toys to children in need, Kids II supports dozens of local and national organizations.
To date, Kids II has given hundreds of thousands of dollars, supported by thousands of volunteer hours—all in the effort to make a difference.
Pink Power Kids II, with its signature brand Bright Starts™, has created the national Pink Power Mom program. The program is designed to honor moms that have persevered through their battles with breast cancer and continue to be role models to their family, friends and community. Friends and family have the opportunity to nominate their inspiring mom for a chance to be one of the eight selected annually as a Pink Power Mom. Kids II donates $5,000 to the charity of each of the eight Pink Power Moms choice. In addition, one very dynamic mom is chosen to be the Pink Power Super Mom for the year—as an ambassador for the program and the fight against breast cancer. The Pink Power Super Mom receives an additional $20,000 donation to her charity.
Over the last five years through the Pink Power Mom program, Kids II has donated more than $1 million dollars in the fight against cancer.
