Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great High Chair expect... I received the Ashton high chair at my baby shower. It was super easy to put together and only took one person. After it was all together it looked great!, and I was most excited that it would grow with my baby. The only problem I have is that the glue they used to put the product information on the chair with is horrible and now the white tray is covered in glue that I cannot get off. We have tried to scrap, scrub, scratch, and wash in the dishwasher the tray with no luck at removal. For a high chair that was as expensive as it was I was dissapointed that we couldnt get the glue off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very wobbly and unstable, horrible wheels We have a few Ingenuity products, including the highchair and the Mobile Lounger. While it was very easy and quick to set up, no tools required - the quality is pretty bad. The wheels are completely useless and don't turn properly, so it can't easily be wheeled around. The plastic itself looks very cheap. But the main issue is - highchair is very unstable and wobbly. It is not sturdy at all. When the seat attaches to the base, it is easily shakable, and in addition to the seat not feeling secure to the base, the wheels, even though they lock, don't offer good grip to the flooring and the whole chair shakes very easily.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love all the features! I absolutely love all the features of this high chair! Im able to use two of the chairs functions at the same time, which allows me to keep a chair at both the dinner and kitchen table without having to wheel it back and forth. My daughter loves that she can be pushed right up to table instead of off to the side. The fabric is super easy to just wipe clean and is very durable thus far. My only concern is that the legs are a little bit wide. The legs do stick out a bit wider than a regular dinning room chair. So if you have a tight space in the kitchen it may be something to consider. We will be using this chair until my daughter grows out of it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No help for replacement parts We love this high chair. It's a year and a half old. We recently moved and the chair cover blew off somewhere. We tried to find it but could not. I contacted the company to purchase a replacement cover but was told they only replace the cover as a curtesy within one year. They don't sell replacement parts. So we are out a perfectly good high chair without a cover. This is especially upsetting because the chair is designed to go to 60 months or 5years old. Would not recommend this high chair only for the fact that you can't get any replacement parts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average high chair This product is ok but I have some issues with several areas of this product... 1) The instructions are not very easy to follow/decipher. Pictures could be more legible and have more explainations. 2) The quality is not as good as I've seen on similar models and doesn't seem to have much support in the legs, ie. horizontal supports. 3) The tray is easy to catch the child's foot/toe in while taking it off to get baby out. I do have to say thou my son seems to be very comfortable while in the highchair. We started using this when he was 7 months and is in the very basic high chair. He has problems adjusting to highchairs/seats, so this is a big plus for us!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only High Chair You'll Need for Growing Family This is a great value for a growing family because if you have two children that are close in age, it can accommodate both. It is very easy to clean and use. The recline function is great for young children just learning to take solids. The toddler seat is a great feature because it is solid and durable while being easy to clean. I just wish the wheels would turn a bit more easily. Overall, a great seat to transition from your infant to possible siblings.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible wheels We bought this chair at babies r us. We were thrilled to buy such an affordable high chair that would grow with our baby. That being said, my daughter loves sitting in her high chair. Me and my husband, however hate this chair. The wheels might as well not even exist. It's impossible to move over carpet. When it's on the linoleum floor, it rolls but won't turn so you have to stop and lift and maneuver. The wheels continuously lock themselves so you have to stop every two minutes to unlock them. It's awful!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from wheels are aweful The wheels are the biggest complaint with this high chair. I think the quality of every other part is excellent. Its built well and seems sturdy. More regarding the wheel issue: the angle of the legs prevent the castors from properly pivoting. As soon as you try to turn the high chair the castors spin all the around and get stuck. It does not turn at all after that. I agree with the comments made by person who commented before me. There pretty much worthless. Oh and I tried to switch the legs from the back to the front which just made it worse. If you don't care about being able to turning and just want a high chair that sits there and maybe push back to get your baby than this will work for you. I wouldn't buy this again.
