I love working at Kids II because I have two young children, and what we do is directly applicable to them. And we do a lot of really fun events in the office. Most recently, we had Halloween. Now my son thinks I work for Spider-Man because one of our co-workers dressed up like Spider-Man, and he saw pictures. So every morning before I come to work, he’s asking me different things to tell Spider-Man.

  • You'll meet the team! The in-person interviews generally entail meeting with the hiring manager or interviewing with several people at our offices in Buckhead (Atlanta, GA). Because we take hiring the right person seriously, expect to come back several times. We view this as our collaborative opportunity to ensure there is a good fit for both you and Kids II!
  • There may be more we need to know! There could also be a presentation, project or problem-solving activity, or a short skills-based exercise.
